This snake is either a Prairie Kingsnake or a Great Plains Ratsnake. I would need to see a clear head shot to tell the difference as they are very similar looking snakes.

That said, the color pattern looks more typical for a Prairie King. If I was forced to make a guess I would say prairie king due to the color pattern and the roundness of the head.
