Here are a couple of website regarding the sell of reptiles. Best I can tell, if they are non native, and you are simply selling the offspring of your breeding stock from your own home, then no permit is required. I also included a quote about native wildlife. Hope this helps.

required to engage in the business of raising and selling the following wildlife:
(a) species of reptiles or amphibians that are native to or indigenous to Kansas;
(b) mountain lion, Felis concolor Linnaeus;
(c) wolf, Canis lupus Say;
(d) black bear, Ursus americanus Pallas; and
