Why I like Jungle boas......

.....the VARIETY! I know it bothers a lot of folks that you can instantly identify every true Jungle in the crowd but I love the fact that every litter will present so many different looks. A range of colors. A range of contrast. A range of aberrancy levels. Last month, I took updated photos of a Jungle litter born here on 5-16-05. They were produced by breeding a male Jungle boa to an amazingly clean & colorful "normal". Their mother has developed more and more color throughout her life. Her children seem to be suffering her same fate with some of them clearly developing her telltale bright orange. These were big babies and have a tall, muscular body form. There were 5.4 Jungles in the litter. I was an idiot and sold one male. Anyway, I just wanted to share the variety in the litter and show how they changed in their first 10 months of life.
