It certainly LOOKS more like a ghost...

Sometimes there are anerys and ghosts in the same litter, depending on the parents. You can USUALLY tell the difference in hatchlings. But sometimes there are very light anerys or dark ghosts, and you have to guess. I would call it a ghost looking at it now. But sometimes the only way to be SURE is to breed it to a really obvious hypo or ghost and see what babies are produced. Sorry if it turns out to be a ghost and you were hoping for an anery. But it IS really pretty!
