I am Certified with FedEx but on occasion I ship with UPS, but I wouldn't do it if it wasn't legal. Rob at the packaging store spent a little time on the phone to make sure it was okay. My packages are clearly marked with the contents (no secrets). The first time I walked into the FedEx hub after doing all the paperwork and signed the legal papers and had the approval from my sales rep. FedEx turned me away saying that they didn't ship snakes, which you and I know is not the truth. I then had to call my sales rep. and she cleared things up with my FedEx location. Now it's not a problem. Interesting how this all works. Anyways if UPS won't do it for you then get certified with FedEx.
