I had a Hovavator on hand just in case - but I was having a hard time maintaining a good temp with the hovabator heating element - so I took some heat rope and wrapped it around a piece of wood and put that on the bottom of the incubator and I'm using that as heat instead of the Hov's heating element - it seems ot be working much better - my eggs are nice and plump now.
