Dragons always manage to find the most weird sleeping positions possible. SO hanging from her basking branch by her front legs is perfectly normal (though if its a long drop to the cage floor, I suggest gently taking her down and position her in a hide or dark area of the cage. Don't want her to loose her grip and fall).

TO be on the safe side, check the basking temps to make sure they are within 95-115F. Its also best to offer them several spots within or just outside that temperature range, so they can go hotter or cooler to bask as needed (besides the normal cooler end of the cage which should be around 70-80F).
