misty that's a nice rack you have pictured ($375),but the fact is it could be built for less than $150.it's easier to buy but NOT cheaper.building a rack requires basic carpentary skills and help is always available on the caging forum.i guess it depends on a person's comfort level with using power hand tools.have fun!
