Were you planning to leave her alone in a moving van for two weeks? Maybe I'm just too inexperienced, but I can't see doing that if she were healthy. If it were me, I'd try to get her to a herp vet tomorrow. I'd try to make some kind of travel cage that you can keep warm while you move.
