cypress mulch bedding!

i usually use aspen bedding or desert snow but i used cypress today for one of my balls and noticed that the plastic tub built up condensation rather quickly. i never experienced this with other substrates? can somenone tell me does this happen to them when using cypress? thanks in advance.
