When did she ovulate? Boas give birth about 123 days after ovulation, give or take 10 days.

When was her POS date? Do you have the exact date or are you estimating? They normally give birth 105 days after the POS give or take 10 days.

Has she shed since she had her POS? Pregnant boas "normally" don't have regular sheds when they're pregnant. They'll have a POS and sometimes a mid-term shed.

Are you sure she's pregnant? If she's had regular sheds she might not be, but it's still possible. Temps are also good indicators of being pregnant. When a boa is pregnant their body temp will normally stay between 86 and 88 degrees.
