Hi, as far as the thermostat is concern - it Can handle it all right, but make sure that every enclosure is the same dimension, and the same amount of (flex-watt, I think your using). If the higher tubs get warmer, then you'll need to apply dimmers appropriately. But If your adding extra heat sources to others (ie, heating pads) then I'd run those enclosures separately, on a different t-stat. Make sure of these things:
1) That you monitor these tubs plenty of times (a few days) before adding live animals to them. Both daytime and night time.
2) Have a way to check the temps in each tub, front and back - with and without substrate - using a temp gun, along with multiple digi-thermometers. -----
