What do you keep your lobster roaches in?

I am getting n my first shippment of Lobster roaches and was planning on putting them in a rubbermaid tote with vasoline around the top inner walls. Will this keep them from climbing up? Of course I will have a lid on as well. Also, how do you feed them to your Cham? Thank you, and I'm sorry if this topic has been discussed already.
