Here is a link that will give you a good step by step:



Shipping Snakes





It is only illegal to ship them through the post office - but Fedex and a few of the airlines will ship them knowingly. If you want to try to ship them UPS or DHL - it's best that you don't tell them whats in the box. You do need to be certified - but Fedex will not guarantee any perishable items shipped through them - including snakes.
