I would wait and put a few hundred more grams on them. But that's just me - I'm in no rush (LOL).
I would also be more inclined to do the co-dom approach first year out. Once you get your foot in the door it will be easier to sell the hets, or maybe you can make enough on your first years clutches to pick up a a decent sized het albino female. I think if you have produced some albinos as well as the hets for sale it is more assuring to people that might otherwise pass on the deal.
