From what I understand, the caramel bloodreds that have been produced tend more towards brown than anything else.



If you want a non-amel orange snake, there are several possibilities, mostly along the hypo-morph vein. Hypo Okeetees tend to have a very orange ground color. Some crimsons can have orange saddles (I had one from VMS Herps that wound up that color). Hypo Stripes also can wind up quite orange, if you like the pattern.
