Posted by: beachbeardies at Wed May 3 05:11:12 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by beachbeardies ] im not going to knock other peoples dragons, but i have seen some good lookin reds from him and seen some not so good lookin reds, *as in color* the thing with reds that i have noticed, most true REDS or Bloods as some call them, are bright and pretty when young but colors darken and go almost rusty, brick red within a year. now if you want a bright perky red color, go with a red/orange. the red stays more red and doesnt darken with age as i have seen. ive seen great dragons almost every breeder around, and not so great dragons. and by this i mean the color, not the health. just depends on what you want to pay. i got my red/oranges from cindy @ www.foxfiredragons.com and am not disapointed at all. i know one of her breeders is a chris allen, so the babies do have a chris allen red cross in them. hope this helps [ Hide Replies ]
