I was curious what the average time span between copulation and the actual laying of eggs. I have a female corn and I have paired her with her mate 3 times already, and they start to court one another everytime I put them together, I have not witnessed copulation cuz I leave the room so that I dont interupt anything. Come back a day later and separate them. I know the female will shed 7-10 days before she lays, but say they mated yesterday, the 1st of May, how long till I can predict her shed before she lays eggs? a week? Month? 90 days? She has her choice of egg laying boxes. Please someone give me a ballpark range. | ||
