I think not.



If you have the resources,interest,and half a brain; If you are going to dedicate your the time, and energy in an animal that will live 25+ years (God willing; Why not invest in what you like?



If a person was planning on getting his first dog, No one would tell him to buy a mutt first to learn how to take care of it....
