Hi,

I sometimes use liquid calcium from the health store, or Costco sells it as well $5 for about 1 liter. It's sweet and my beardies love it, I use an eye dropper or a syringe and often mix the calcium with a liquid D3 supplement. I feed it on occasion as it is reassuring to know exactly how much calcium your female is getting, and more so that she had an adequate supply for the eggs they will be laying.
