When I go to my local electronics shop and see that the MP3 player I wanted last year is only half the price and I can afford it now, I don't scream running out of the store yelling
"THE ELECTRONICS MARKET IS CRASHING"
"THE ELECTRONICS MARKET IS CRASHING!!!!!!!!"
run to my house gather up all my electronics package them and sell them before the market crashes.
Instead, I simply realize it is a fact of life that when things first come out they are expensive and the price steadily decreases every year. As more and more of them are made and competition increases, they simply get cheaper. No crash, I never said there would be free ball pythons anymore than I think there will be free MP3 players, just cheaper ones...
It doesn't matter if several of the largest companies try to maintain the prices high, better and more efficient competitors will replace them if they do not follow the market. It is called capitalism and it is the way markets work...at least in the free world. ----- when life hands you lemons, make super lemons, bumblebees, etc...
