This is a really hard way to successfully incubate eggs. If you're sprouting seeds, it's already a bit too wet. Don't add any more water. Absolutely don't get any water on an egg.
Are the eggs not buried? If not, bury them or they definately won't make it in the nestbox. By now they should be leathery and reasonably firm (fully inflated but not hard like a chicken egg). If very soft and slightly flaccid, odds are they are already toast.
