Posted by: polosue25 at Tue May 9 22:41:38 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by polosue25 ] we find quite a few ringnecks turning rocks by the resevoir here in Manhattan KANSAS, and of the 3 we found today, 2 of them had what appeared to be a bony lump just off the dorsal midline about 1/3 of the way down the body. both snakes seemed perfectly healthy and very feisty. Any idea what this might be? maybe it's just healed rid fractures or something along those lines but to have 2 of them with similar bumps in the same spot seemed odd so I figured I'd check in.
