does this gutload recipe sound okay? I will be feeding it to roaches that will be fed to my ackie and gecko. If i have left anything out please let me know.

Roach food - 5 parts cat food, 3 parts oat bran, 3 parts rice baby cereal, 2 parts wheat cereal vitamins and stuff ground up in a food processor.
