I've had a clutch take 70 days. Just a couple degrees cooler can adds days, even weeks to the incubation period. Like Chris said, at this point they should be fully developed and you can carefully cut a small window or flap on the upper most surface of the egg.
Cut a small opening or V shaped flap that will let you lift up the flap and peek inside. Keep fluid loss to a minimum and do not pull them out. Let them come out on their own.
