Hey Thomas I also am at day 45 on two clutches of Spider Eggs . I would wait till atleast day 55 cause last year I cut an egg at day 45 and before one Pastel came out of the egg , it got little maggot looking things on it . It liked to have scared the hell out of us . I had to get someone to help me get them off . He came over and got the egg and washed it with warm water and it survived . I am never cutting my eggs early again . I will not be cutting them until atleast day 60 and I would not recommend it to you .Some times the babies take more time to absorb the Yolk .
