Last night, I checked in on some hatching eggs. Three clutches of normals. All looked fine, until I got to the third clutch.
I saw something that didn't seem right. Very odd looking...
Naturally, as I was looking at it, He/she pulled itself back in the egg. So I waited, and looked again an hour later... got a 2 second peek. This went on until 3am in the morning. I woke up and check on this egg at 9am. It was half way out. All I could say was WOW. It wasn't until later in the afternoon, that it finally came the rest of the way out. With fully charged batteries, I took a few pics.
Background information on the clutch: Came from a WC gravid female from Ghana. Four eggs, this one is out, the other three are piped, all noses look normal... so far...
Any idea what it is?? Oh, it's a female.....
I welcome any suggestions or comments.
