Don't be cheap and do not delay getting the snake to a qualified veterinarian. If you cannot or will not afford a trip to a veterinarian, I'd suggest you give the snake to someone who will, without delay.
From your description, it sounds as though infection is beginning to estaablish itself and occipital infections can easily spread into the sinus cavities and lacrimal glands, which will eventually cause your snake to become septic, causing the snake to suffer systematic organ failure.
Again, I encourage you to get the snake to a qualified veterinarian or give it to soemone who can and will.
Keep in mind, the snake will most likely lose its eye, but can live a relatively normal life.

Do the right thing, quickly!
