Ok, I have several reptiles and finally got bitten by the snake bug. I purchased a CB baby from a very reputable breeder last week. The breeder said she had been fed 2-3 times and was eating hoppers. According to him one week would have passed from the last feeding on Tuesday of this week. I tried yesterday afternoon, last night, this afternoon and tonight and the snake seems absolutely uninterested. She sniffs once or twice and then moves away. Any time the hopper gets a little close to her she quickly darts away from it. I have kept handling to a minimum since I got her and have tried feeding her in a seperate container. I keep the cage temps from 82-90 during the day. At night it may drop to 78-82. I have heard a lot about balls being finicky and I am trying not to worry so early on, but it bothers me that she just won't go for it.
Any ideas??
Thanks.
Kevin
