It is not possible to answer your question. I can think of at least a dozen different things that it could be. (Abcess, fat deposits, benign fatty tumor, malignant tumor, fluid filled cyst, fluid in the pericardium, broken ribs, other physical trauma,... etc) Some serious, some not at all. Take it to a vet for an aspiration, microscopy, and culture. Thats the only way to know anything.
