On your male, the one thing that stands out to me, that is identical to my Ember adult female, is the way the darker color gets darker down by the tail. My Ember female gets darker down towards the bottom quarter of her body, maybe even the bottom fifth of her body. Your male looks to do the same. Check this pic for what I mean.
