I have a 9', 43 lb argentine female, currently gravid by my male Albino. As of today, May 27, she is on the 129th day. I know it's still too early to start worrying, but the suspense is killing me as I wait for my first litter ever.
She has already passed what I believe was her waxy stool. and there was a span of 2-3 days last week where she was very active, moving all over. How long after the waxy stool do they usually give birth?
Also, something I've noticed, she seems to be thinning out just a little bit. She has not had a meal since mid-october, and for being that she hasn't eatin in so long, she is still very thick in the bottom half of her body. Just as of the last week or so, the swollen mass in her body seems to have shrunk just a little bit.... is this normal right before giving birth?
Thanks in advance
Tony
