Just wash it out with cold water, and hold pressure to stop the bleeding. Puncture wounds such as snake bites are usually self sealing as the tooth comes out, a little blood, but it heels quickly.



Oh, and on the bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide it says not to use for puncture wounds. I have used it in the past for snake bites, but you evidently shouldn't.
