For my beardie, I think it has something to do with the birds. Birds are natural predators of beardies in the wild. So it makes since for them to be scared of birds or even with going outside if they saw a bird once.



Then again, beardies are pretty sharp. He may think you are trying to take him to the vet or something. Who knows. Sorry to hear that your beardies is such a momma's boy. LOL That's hilarious! I can't believe he climbs into your arms like that. I've always said that beardies have the most personality of any reptile out there. This just proves it!
