from my understanding, even if you believe that rotating the eggs can cause death, the first few hours, the eggs have to be able to change possition. I mean come on, what snake can lay all her eggs and not distur the first ones at least a little. Someone else posted on here that their whole incubator got tossed weeks into the incubation and all hatched fine. I would not worry about it.
Trust me, I had the same worries at the beginning, asked similar questions, just a few months ago!
