The first is, chronic dehydration, commonly caused from screen or perforated metal tops of tanks. These allow warm air to rise out of the cage carrying moisture with it. Its also a sign of excess heat. The monitor cannot cool off so it uses water. Water dehydrates causing it to be cooler in temperature then the rest of the cage. | ||
