good idea about the hand/feet warmers. I use those for vet trips in the winter, but did not occur to me for this situation - thanks for jostling my brain!



Fortunately we did not lose power. As for hot water, we have a well, therefore a pump so if we lose power we lose pump, thus we lose water - su*ks!
