I wouldn't use either of those products without thoroughly rinsing and drying - ammonia and other chemical vapors in an enclosed area can't be good for a reptile. You can use them, but wouldn't be very convenient.
I use a diluted nolvasan (chlorhexidine) solution, and its awesome. Cleans, deodorizes, and perfectly safe for the animal. Spray on, wipe off, done. You can even wipe the snake down with it too if they crawl around in their stuff, and its totally safe.
I fill one 16 oz spray bottle at a time...1.5-2oz nolvasan and fill the rest with water.
The other name for it is Virosan, but any generic chlorhexidine solutions will do.
