some kind of female problem? Xena is 4 years old (female) and has refused her last two feedings. I typically feed one jumbo rat every two or three weeks. She has not eaten since 4-23-06. Very small (golf ball) fecal on 5-5-06. Twice this past week I've soaked her for HOURS in warm water 97 degrees measured (in the sun- I would drag the tub occasionally in the shade if she started cruising around uncomfortably.) Although she seemed to enjoy the soaks, I got no results. Even scarier, she seems to drag the tail half of her body instead of pushing with it to move. She doesn't appear to be in pain, I can still free hand handle her and she's calm in every other way. She looks a little full before her cloaca, but I've seen it fuller before. Has anybody seen this before? If she doesn't improve soon Ill take her to a vet but I'm hoping it's just constipation. Oh, I always feed on paper so I think I can rule out impaction.
