In low lighting put the camera on macro(sp) feature even if its not extremly close. For some reason it lets more light in and the pictures come out super clear with tons of fine detail. If that doesnt work change the background to a white background. And finally if that doesnt work change it from auto flash to no flash , this will automaticly adjust the shutterspeed and let more light in. you just have to be really still. Hope this helps.
