Before you cause your snake a lot of pain, see the vet. Then, if the vet instructs you to go poking around in there removing plaque, then follow their advice. The best thing you can do is get to the vet as fast as you can and don't follow advice from sites that are not snake specific. Even that site says the reptile can aspirate plaque and get a RI from it. You don't need more infections. See the vet. | ||
