Well since I have been in this field for over 10 years now I would think that it is safe to assume I already know about drilling holes in the tubs.. Regardless the tubs should NOT be in the racks so tight that they drag , there is nothing to gain by having next to zero clearance, it's poor designing in my book. Besides if you had the proper gap there is no need to drill holes at all... I have other racks that do just fine without drilling anything, when you have a 3/16" gap it takes the place of ALOT of holes.. Next time your at a show look at how some of the higher quality racks are built , they don't drill holes nor do they need them (unless you really want to put your own holes in them, that's a personal choice not a requirement on the good racks).
