I have seen a few boas every now and then in photos, of people owning or selling boas with a white patch. Now sometimes these are injury areas, but not always. Some have sworn that the white spot doesn't change throughout the lives of their snake. I have always hoped that a pied project could come of these type of boas one day.
I am not saying there are pied boas, but I think maybe the potential for pied boas is there somewhere. Might be with your snake, might not. I sure hope so. Perhaps one of the ball python folks who are more familiar with pieds, might comment on this possibility, and this snake.
What an awesome animal Koky, congats on that one, man! Regardless it is an awesome boa!
