Alright all...he hasn't pasted anything yet, he is still alert as ever and he tries to crawl away and gets a little squrmish when I pick him up. After he is in my hand he settles, so it seems like a "normal" squirm. He doesn't act like he is in a lot of pain. He has bright clear eyes and seems to breath and act normally despite his horrid condition. The impaction looks like it might be moving its way down his abdomen, but it is hard to tell. He has taken two doses if the special mixture that was recommened. I am soaking him 3-5 times a day. He has a nice heat source in his cage, and he moves in and out of the heat as he feels necessary. I am going to keep doing all of this until I see signs of change, whether they be good or bad, hopefully favoring the good. If he gets worse I am going to have to take him in to the vet and have him put down. Thank you to all who have been and who will be continuing to support us! You all have made this awful situation a little bit better.
Here are some updated photos, I took these just before posting.
Let me know if it looks like the lumps have moves at all.

There are two pics showing his bulges, one is circled...

The other pic of his bulges has a line drawn showing where what might be what I am guessing are his preanal pores, but becasue of the mass it is hard to tell.

It wasn't easy holding him in one hand and trying to use the camera in the other... This one shows all that blue sand inside.

Alright, well that covers it. Any further questions, concerns, ideas are welcome. Again thanks everyone. ----- ~Laura
