I have been trying to capture the true color of my babies forever. I tried taking photos on an all white back ground some years ago. It didn't work. I tried on an all black background. That didn't work either. Today I tried all white again with the camera I have had for over a year. I set the white balance and badda boom, badda bang! I HAVE arrived! The best pictures I have ever taken. I am so pumped I can't put it into words! This is almost perfect. The red is a little less red than reality but it almost there or at least the closest I have gotten.

This is a Scarlet Monster Tail Hypo baby born May 29, 2006. Aberrant like its Daddy only more so. About half the babies are aberrant. Hypos and non-hypos alike.

What do you think of this little one? Should I keep it?
