My belief is that the Axanthic lines and the Pastel lines share something in common: Buy an individual animal based on its appearance, not on the line it comes from. I guarantee, that if you put 20 Axanthics of varying age on a table, and said guess the lines, that it would be hard, if not impossible to pick out ALL of one line vs. the other. I feel that each line has its stunning offspring, and its rather average offspring. I have never seen an adult of any line keep its silver baby coloring, if one did, I would definately buy it.
