Well, very near Houston. Between Houston and Sugar Land, in Fort Bend County.
Temps perfect here?? Sigh...maybe for her...not for me...I spent too many years in Alaska to ever get used to the frying pan...I get so hot, I just want to sit in my chair, in front of a fan, with the AC on and just melt.
She's lucky she didn't come across my own Fido's, as I have three mastiffs. She did get some scarring, I have to wonder if the neighbor's cat thought she was a neat play thing. Then again, the construction that sent the mice into our garage last year also sent rats into our roof..she may have stumbled across one of those rats. Poor thing.
I never expected to see her again. Almost beyond reason to think that I would. I have to wonder if she didn't prefer life the way she had it...but, I'm sure it would not have ended well for her, and as she was in the street, the ending probably would have come really swiftly. -----
