I would not say they were new to the hobby, they have been kept in captivity since the year of their discovery, in 1997.



As for learning about their care, I think you should lose the notion of needing a caresheet. Instead, try to network with current and former keepers, through this website and a number of others. Caresheets don't teach you much about an animal's needs (which are dynamic and forever changing), and are for the most part worthless.
