Need help/advice with new baby boas ....

Hello, i had a litter of baby boas that was premature, only two survived .. now they look great and are acting perfectly healthy but they still have yet to eat for me and its been about 3 weeks since there first shed... i figured they would of eaten by now but they show no intrest in food .. i have been offering them live pinkies... any ideas? happen to anyone else? is it common with premature litters? any tricks that can help?
