If the seller calls them hatchlings you're in trouble already! : ) Boas are born live, they don't lay eggs. This will get you started reading:
http://www.anapsid.org/boa.html
http://www.kingsnake.com/boapage/caresheets/boaconstrictorcare.html

Frequently caging is more expensive than the boas that live in them. You will need two cages for a pair of boas too, a minimum of 4' long X 2' wide. Read everything you can find on boas first. Learn what their requirements are first. Get your caging together next (heat, lights, places to hide, two thermometers, a hygrometer, plus the cages). And last of all get a pair of boas.

Don't get a pair of boas because the price is good. They could live to be 30 years old and they could be become quite large. Do get a pair of boas if you really love them and are willing to do whatever it takes to care for them properly.

Good luck,
Caden
